Takeru is the second eldest in the Okura family. Fuu also knows a secret that no one, not even Chisato is aware of. He is one of the last sons to show up and since he is ten years older than Chisato, he has no intentions of treating her as his mother. He is the eldest son of the Okura family and holds over 50 different certifications/licenses.
